Angle Matters ("we", "us") is a New Zealand–based studio. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
 

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfil your order and respond to you: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if provided), and order details. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address for that purpose.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries, manage returns and refunds, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional updates about new work. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

Who else handles your data

Our website runs on Wix, which hosts our store and processes order data on our behalf. Delivery details are shared with our courier providers solely to deliver your order. These providers have their own privacy and security obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes under New Zealand law, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. To do so, or to unsubscribe from updates at any time, email anglematters.tech@gmail.com.
