Change of mind

If a piece isn't right for you, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused or unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

Please email [your contact email] before posting anything back so we can confirm the return address and process. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, and we recommend tracked postage — the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. You're covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, and we'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. This applies in addition to — and is not limited by — the change-of-mind policy above.

Refund processing

Refunds are made to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked, usually within 5 working days.
