Change of mind: If a piece isn’t right for you, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused/unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Please get in touch through the contact details on this site before posting anything back. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost, and we recommend tracked postage as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away — you are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. This applies in addition to the change-of-mind policy above.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
Every Angle Matters piece is made to order in Auckland, New Zealand. Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be crafted and dispatched.
We ship New Zealand–wide by tracked courier, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. We don’t currently ship internationally.
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. If anything arrives damaged, contact us straight away with a photo and we’ll put it right.
